Location: Cranborne, Dorset
Salary: £13.05-£13.65 per hour + £25 per night shift worked (approx. an additional £4,000 per year)
Annual Salary: £29,688.75 - £31,053.75
Hours: 7.45pm-8.15am- 4 on 4 off shifts- average of 43.75 hours per week. Part time hours will also be considered.
At our Aurora Boveridge College, we support young people between the ages of 16 and 25 who have additional social, emotional and mental health needs, by preparing them for adult life and facilitating their transition into further education, training or employment.
We’re currently looking for a Senior Night Support Worker to assist our students at home (on-site) and during off-site activities.

The main purpose of the role:
The role is about supporting your Night Team Manager (and deputising in their absence) in working with a team of Support Workers to maintain a stable, happy and caring environment that puts the health, safety and welfare of our young people first. The role will provide appropriate physical and emotional support to young people through the work of the support team within residential environments and with off-site activities.
