Hourly Rate: £11.83-£12.78ph - Linked to experience and qualifications.
Annual Salary: £24,606.40 - £26,582.00 FTE PLUS £1500 Welcome bonus*
Hours: 16 hours per week – Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm. Overtime is also available.

Aurora Hyde lodge
Based in Westbury Park, we make a difference to the lives of 7-8 vulnerable adults by providing a homely supported living and learning environment for young adults aged 19+ with severe and complex learning difficulties and challenging behaviour.
Your role
As one of our support workers you’ll be supporting our young people with all aspects of their supported living (including personal care) and supporting them in a wide range of learning, development and social activities including arts and crafts, cookery, music, gardening, swimming, shopping trips and fun social occasions.

You will be working 1:1 with a resident on each shift where you will have the freedom to plan their day in line with their choices and wishes, enabling them to be as independent as possible, seeing them thrive and enjoying making memories.
