Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Here at Aurora Meldreth & Orchard Manor, our residents and students have complex learning difficulties, some associated with profound physical disabilities and/or medical needs. Within our School and Children’s Home, their ages range between 6 – 19. Within our Adult Care Home, ages range from 18 – 30.
We are currently seeking a Designated Safeguarding & Pastoral Lead to join our leadership team across our services in Meldreth, taking responsibility for the management of safeguarding issues both on and off site.
The Role:
As our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) you will receive safeguarding referrals via the services safeguarding system, My Concern, and follow Aurora’s safeguarding processes and policies to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents and students.
