Care Manager – Young Adult Residential Care
Location: Aurora Orchard Manor, Meldreth, Nr. Royston - Cambridgeshire / Hertfordshire
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week – Shifts
Salary: £17.97 - £19.21 per hour - effective from 1st January 2025 (linked to competency and qualifications)
Annual Salary: £37,377.60 - £39,956.80 per year for a 40-hour week

The Role:
We are currently looking for a Care Manager to work at Aurora Orchard Manor. Rated CQC Outstanding Aurora Orchard Manor is set within 14 acres and offers a supportive living and learning environment for young adults with severe and profound learning difficulties and complex health needs. With specialist facilities and a focus on promoting independence, we support each of our young people through the transition from education into adulthood with a focus on person-centred programmes to promote independence.
