Location: Cranborne, Dorset
Salary: £60,943 - £67,247 (L9-L13)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Term time only

The main purpose of the role:
We are looking for an inspirational and engaging Head of School who shares our commitment and vision in providing an ambitious and therapeutic, person-centred learning environment for our students with SEMH needs.
Working collaboratively with the Principal, Vice Principal and Governing Board, you will have knowledge, experience, and interpersonal skills to develop our school in accordance with its shared values and our school development plans.
We are an organisation who will also support you as an individual to fulfil your potential. We therefore seek a dedicated and passionate individual to lead in the operational running of the school and to further develop the quality of education provided at The Beeches
