Job Role: Sports Teacher (Qualified)

Contract: Term-time/39 weeks/Permanent/ 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Starting salary £32,646.56 per annum 

Your Purpose

To provide engaging and holistic sessions to our Learners, ensuring that their individual needs are met whilst working in a group environment. In this role there will also be an expectation to support in additional subject areas and on a one to one basis with learners.

Skills and Qualifications

We Need

We need someone who has extensive experience of delivering BTEC Sports curriculum in an educational setting, delivering a wide range of sports. We would ideally like someone who has worked with learners that are in the process of re-engaging with education and have additional learning requirements. It is important for R.E.A.L. that you have a thorough understanding of safeguarding children and young people, have initiative to drive learner progression and can showcase a variety of techniques to deliver engaging sessions.

There is a need to be able to travel between sites within the specified locality to support and engage with young people as required. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for transporting them to various locations.
