Outdoor Education and Life Skills Curriculum Coordinator – Aurora Boveridge College

 

Location: Cranborne, Dorset

Salary:  £22,601 - £35,259 (up to UQT6)

Hours: 40 hours a week, Term Time Only

Your Role

 

As our Outdoor Education and Life Skills Curriculum Coordinator, you’ll:

 

  • Design and deliver engaging outdoor education and life skills programmes tailored to individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support learning inside and outside the classroom.
  • Lead therapeutic interventions and create individual risk assessments.
  • Be a key part of our multi-disciplinary team, helping guide each student’s personal and academic development.

Skills and Qualifications

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Experience working with children or young people with Autism and SEMH.
  • Understanding of the EHCP process and its application in educational settings.
  • Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Desirable: Forest School qualification and experience delivering Life Skills programmes.
