Job Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Contract: Term-time/39 weeks/Permanent/ 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £28,801.50 per annum (FTE)
Your Purpose

As our HLTA you will get to advocate for learners and their families. You will be a critical part of planning and preparing sessions for our learners with the support of Site Lead Teachers and Curriculum Leads. There will also be line management responsibilities with this role.
We Need
We are looking for enthusiastic educators who are able to easily demonstrate and role model the positive values, attitudes and behaviours that we expect of our Learners and Staff.
Our successful HLTA candidates will need to have proven professional experience of working with Learners who have SEN considerations and hold at least a level 4 HLTA qualification. They will be expected to work flexibly and adapt sessions in a dynamic manner, to promote successful Learner outcomes with both 1:1 and group learners over a wide range of subjects.
There is a need to be able to travel between sites within the specified locality to support and engage with young people as required. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for transporting them to various locations.
