Location: Rockshaw Road, Chaldon, Surrey
Contract Type: Permanent, full time
Actual annual salary: £31,491.20 - £35,193.60 dependant on experience Plus £1000 Welcome bonus *
Hourly rate: £15.14 - £16.92 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week - Start time 8.15am - Finish time Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 4.45pm. Thursday 5pm and Friday 4pm

All our students have access to a broad and exciting curriculum, allied to the national curriculum, personalised to meet their needs, interests and passions. With a model of small classes, high levels of classroom support and a supernumerary multi-disciplinary intervention team we are able to give students “every opportunity to achieve”

We are looking to recruit a Senior Administration Assistant to join our team at Aurora Chaldon School. This is an exciting opportunity to join the school at the start of their journey. You will be based at Aurora Chaldon School with a requirement to work out of our satellite site Caterham on occasion.
The main purpose of the role:
The purpose of the Senior Administration Assistant is to provide an efficient and effective administrative service to the school team and to assist and support the School Business Manager in managing and responding to issues relating to the support functions within the school, including First Aid, off-site activities and Catering.
Key duties:
Duties will vary, you must expect to diversify and lend a hand wherever is required. The successful candidate is likely to be allocated a particular area of responsibility e.g. pupil administration, finance or HR. Please see the link below for our full job description:
