Actual annual salary: £25,783 - £28,785 dependent on experience
Hourly rate: £14.43 - £16.11 per hour

Aurora Vincent House School
As part of our growth strategy, we are really pleased to have opened a brand new SEND Secondary School in the heart of Horsham, West Sussex for autistic young people aged 11-16. We are a happy school that values kindness and understanding where everyone feels safe. Most of our students are coming to us from mainstream education to have access to an adapted National Curriculum delivered in small classes with a focus on meeting their sensory needs and support for their emotional wellbeing. Just over half of our students are girls.
The Role
We are looking to recruit a specialist administrator to support our SENCO in providing high quality intervention, care and support to our students. The role requires someone with a high level of organisation to support in the timetabling and administration of annual reviews, personalised interventions for students and supporting in the effective communication of student need. We are a brand new provision, having opened in September 2025, and systems, processes and approaches continue to develop and grow. We are looking for someone who is happy to use their initiative and support in the growth of our school to build a resilient, effective system to support autistic young people now and in the future.
