We are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our expanding team.

Why join us?

Our newly redeveloped school building has been designed to provide a calm, nurturing and engaging space where students can thrive. With specialist facilities and a supportive, skilled team, we are committed to giving every young person the confidence, tools and opportunities to achieve their full potential.

Our Headteacher is seeking fun, enthusiastic and driven staff who share her vision for a positive, inclusive and aspirational school culture. You’ll be joining a workplace where:

  • Support and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do
  • Staff wellbeing and professional growth are genuinely prioritised
  • Creativity, individuality and new ideas are welcomed
  • Career development opportunities grow alongside the school and the wider Aurora Group

This is an exciting chance to join our school team and make a meaningful difference to some of the most vulnerable children and young people in our community.

  • Ensure safeguarding, equality and wellbeing remain central to your practice

  • Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning, using data and benchmarks to drive improvement
  • Identify and address under‑performance, implementing effective strategies for progress
