As one of our support workers you’ll be supporting our young people with all aspects of their supported living (including personal care) and supporting them in a wide range of learning, development and social activities including arts and crafts, cookery, music, gardening, swimming, shopping trips and fun social occasions.
We offer and pay for training and give you the opportunity to develop your career. On top of this you will earn a competitive salary and generous benefits package.
You will be working 1:1 with a resident on each shift where you will have the freedom to plan their day in line with their choices and wishes, enabling them to be as independent as possible, seeing them thrive and enjoying making memories.
