The role will provide appropriate physical and emotional support to young people through the work of the support team within residential environments and with off-site activities.   Key duties: - Work directly and flexibly with all young people including covering absenteeism supporting on and off-site activities. - Ensure that all young people receive a high standard of care and live in a safe, clean and homely environment. - Ensure that each young person is treated as an individual, for instance bedrooms being personalised - Ensure that the health needs of the young people are met at all times - Take responsibility for the shift including making decisions regarding staffing levels and allocation in the absence of the Night Team Manager. - Complete regular supervisions and support the process of formal performance review. - Ensure Keyworker responsibilities are carried out - Take team meetings once a month - Keep records accurate and up-to-date in order to ensure information on the young person supports and informs reviews and development plans for the individual including documentation relating to learning, behaviour and well-being outcomes.   For the full job description, please contact Kirsty from the recruitment team kirsty.wilkinson@the-aurora-group.com
